Sophia Vega has worked in the customer service industry since 2012. Sophia began their career at National Retail Systems, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In 2014, they moved to FreeConferenceCall.com and held roles as both Customer Service Representative and Support 1 Manager. Sophia also held the role of Support 1 Manager at StartMeeting.com in the same year.
