Alison Budor

Alison Budor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alison is currently working as a Mentor at Techstars for the UnitedHealthcare Accelerator. Previously, they were a Healthcare Management Consultant at Freed Associates, where they provided strategic advisory services and helped organizations improve their operations and collaboration. Prior to that, Alison worked at Kaiser Permanente in various roles, including Director of Digital Planning and KP Digital Transformation and Senior Manager of Strategy and Innovation. Alison also worked as a Marketing Manager at LaunchPad LLC, a Senior Associate Brand Manager at Orange Glo International, and a Product Manager at Grand Circle Corporation.

Alison Budor has a diverse education history. Alison completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Finance at Northeastern University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Literature/Business Management from Washington State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Alison Budor has also pursued several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Alison obtained the Foundations in Design Thinking certification from IDEO in August 2022. In August 2021, they acquired the certification in Leading with Stories from LinkedIn and became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.
