Shira Weissman

Shira Weissman has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Shira began their career in 2002 as a Managing Editor, Graphics Editor, Photo Editor, and Photographer for The Daily Illini. In 2005, they moved on to Apple, where they held various roles such as Personal Shopping Manager, Concierge Manager, and Assistant Manager. In 2009, they became a Personal Assistant and in 2012, they took on the role of Owner of Apple of My Eye Photography & Design LLC, a Premier Event, Engagement, Wedding, Maternity, Newborn & Family Photographer based out of Howard County Maryland. Since 2015, they have been working as a Preschool Photography Director and Photographer for Freed Photography.

Shira Weissman received their Masters of Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2015, with a focus in Secondary Education and Teaching. Shira attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2002 to 2006, and also attended the University of Maryland.
