Eliza Steffen

Eliza Steffen is a Senior Associate at Freedman Consulting, LLC, providing expertise at the intersection of philanthropy, public policy, and politics since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eliza served as an Associate in the Office of the CEO at RockCreek, focusing on communications and special projects, and held the Tom Ford Fellowship in Philanthropy at the Ford Foundation, working on civic engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes research on women and politics at the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab, peer advising at Stanford University, and leadership roles in student organizations and internships related to political campaigns and electoral support. Eliza holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science from Stanford University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Columbus Alternative High School.
