Christian Salazar

Christian Salazar is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Freedom Australia. Prior to joining Freedom Australia, Christian served as a National Recruitment Lead - Commissioning for Catholic Healthcare and as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Luxottica. In these roles, Christian was responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio, running the end-to-end recruitment process, building effective relationships with stakeholders, and delivering a remarkable candidate experience. Christian is passionate about making beautiful things for the home available to everyone and is committed to providing an excellent candidate experience.

Christian Salazar has a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Workforce Development and Training from TAFE NSW. Christian also has a DIPLOMA OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT in Human Resources Management and Services from TAFE NSW. Salazar is currently completing their Master of Teaching in Primary Education at Western Sydney University.
