Joshua Rich is an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce and travel consultancy. Currently serving as the E-commerce Operations Team Leader at Freedom Australia since November 2020, Joshua is responsible for optimizing the post-purchase customer journey, overseeing delivery operations, and addressing systemic issues while implementing cost-reduction strategies. Previously, Joshua held multiple roles at JTB Australia Pty Ltd from June 2017 to November 2020, including Digital Fulfilment Specialist and Leisure Travel Executive.
