Nicholas Lau

Nicholas Lau is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Freedom Australia since December 2020, Nicholas previously held roles at the NSW Department of Education and the NSW Department of Customer Service, focusing on program and project management. Notably, Nicholas has extensive experience with Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Supply Chain Projects Manager, managing large-scale projects, internal and external stakeholder relationships, and employing lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Additional experience includes senior logistics coordination roles at Pourshins and Qantas Airways.
