Lizzy Sands

Lizzy Sands has a diverse professional background with experience in various industries. Lizzy most recently worked at Freedom Biosciences as the Chief of Staff, where they were involved in the development of psychedelic therapeutics. Prior to that, they worked at Orb Health as a Training and Development Manager and later as a Clinical Delivery Manager, focusing on virtual care models. Lizzy also served as the Director of Service Experience at Pravan Health, a concierge medical and wellness clinic. Additionally, they worked at The Wellness Institute of Dallas as a Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, providing integrated care solutions. Early in their career, they held roles at Wisteria as an Associate Product Manager, Product Development and Content Coordinator, and Sales Specialist.

Lizzy Sands completed their Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Wellness, specializing in Nutrition, from Texas Woman's University in 2014. Lizzy then pursued a Master of Science in Nutrition from the same institution, which they completed in 2016.

Prior to their studies at Texas Woman's University, Lizzy Sands attended the College of Charleston from 2006 to 2009. Lizzy focused on Political Science and Government during their time there, although they did not obtain a specific degree in this field.

In addition to their educational achievements, Lizzy Sands also obtained a certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) from the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists in October 2017.
