Richard Parfitt

Richard Parfitt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Citibank Diners Club Europe until 1999. Then, they joined Business & Decision as a Senior Consultant from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Centrica British Gas, first as a Customer Insight Manager from 2003 to 2006, and then as a Marketing Database Development Manager from 2006 to 2010. Richard then moved on to The Royal Mint, where they served as an Insight Manager from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Parfitt joined 118118Money as a Credit Risk & Analytics professional, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Data Science at Freedom Finance Ltd, a position they have held since November 2022.

Richard Parfitt attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law. Richard also attended the University of Wales, College of Cardiff during the same period, where they obtained their LLB degree in Law.
