Janet Fortenberry, RN, CCRN, is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse background in critical care and travel nursing. Currently serving as a Contract Registered Nurse with Freedom Healthcare Staffing since August 2022, Janet has previously worked at Baptist Memorial Health Care and other healthcare facilities, providing bedside nursing care in critical access rural hospitals. With significant experience in critical care float pools and intensive care units, Janet has held various nursing roles since 1998, including positions at Mississippi Baptist Health Systems and GQR Global Markets. Janet completed an Associate's degree in Nursing at Holmes Community College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Mississippi State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Northwest Mississippi Community College.
