Joseph Rinato

Joseph Rinato is the Senior Operations Director at Freedom Merchants Corp. where Joseph manages risk-management, fraud prevention, client on-boarding, funding operations, and charge-back management. Joseph is a PCI Trusted Adviser and is responsible for client retention and business development. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Citi as a Personal and Small Business Banker focusing on AML unit investigations and managing high risk small business accounts. Joseph also held the position of Relationship Banker at M&T Bank where Joseph performed audits on major branch items. Joseph Rinato graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance.
