Zoe Hertelendi

Zoe Hertelendi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainable business practices and management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Freedom NZ since July 2022, Hertelendi also holds positions as a Board Member for We Are DublinTown and as a Co-Founder of EirEco Heating, which innovates low-energy heating solutions. Hertelendi has been active in the CSR & Sustainability Committee of Digital Business Ireland and founded Edamame, a company dedicated to promoting sustainability through eco-friendly products and community engagement. Additionally, Hertelendi owns and manages Platform61, a distinguished restaurant and catering company in Dublin. Past roles include significant positions at Ted Baker, where responsibilities spanned country management and business development across Europe. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Tourism Management from Technological University Dublin.
