Nicole Steffen

Nicole Steffen currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Freedom Solar Power, a position held since May 2022, where collaboration with the TA Director has led to the development of efficient hiring processes and initiatives aimed at reducing attrition. Earlier experience includes serving as Photographer Supervisor at Lifetouch from February 2018 to August 2019, where Nicole oversaw staff recruitment, training, and budget management while exploring advancements in photographic technology.
