Johnathan Outlaw

Johnathan Outlaw is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service desk support and customer service. Currently serving as an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Mid at Freedom Staffing, LLC since February 2021, Johnathan previously held positions as a Service Desk Specialist at Strategic Data Systems and as a Teaching Assistant for Cyber Security at Trilogy Education, where responsibilities included educating students and assisting instructors.
