Jacqueline Misla, MSW, is an accomplished consultant and strategist specializing in organizational development, grantmaking, and social change. Currently serving as a Grantmaking Strategy Consultant at The JPB Foundation and Interim Chief Program Officer at GLSEN, Jacqueline has extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. Previously, Jacqueline held consultative roles with notable organizations such as Carnegie Corporation of New York and Borealis Philanthropy, focusing on equity-driven grantmaking and leadership transitions. With a strong background in education, non-profit management, and women’s empowerment, Jacqueline founded Crafting Your Path and played a key role in the YMCA of Greater New York's strategic planning. Jacqueline holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hunter College.
