Vincent Menei has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Vincent started their career as an Independent Broker at AIG from April 2003 to July 2005. Vincent then worked as a Customer Service Representative at ING from October 2005 to July 2006. Vincent returned to ING as a Mutual Fund Associate from July 2006 to March 2008.

In 2008, Vincent joined Capital One initially as an Investor Solutions Associate from March 2008 to January 2011. Vincent then served as an Investor Solutions Assistant Coach, managing the onboarding process of new associates and providing coaching, from January 2011 to December 2013. After that, they were promoted to the role of Investor Solutions Coach, managing a team of up to 25 associates and focusing on improving customer interactions and efficiency, from December 2013 to January 2016. In their final role at Capital One, Vincent was an Experience Lead - QA Specialist, responsible for evaluating customer interactions for compliance and quality, creating action plans, and conducting phone screens for potential associates, from January 2016 to February 2019.

From June 2019 to May 2020, Vincent worked as a Contact Center Manager at WSFS Bank. Vincent led the Contact Center through a conversion process, evaluated and updated policies and roles, and presented key components for a digital transformation project.

Currently, Vincent is employed at FreedomPay. Vincent started as a Platform Boarding Manager from October 2020 to December 2022, wherein they managed the Boarding Team and collaborated with internal customers, banks, and processors to ensure accurate information is boarded and payments are accepted. Currently, Vincent holds the position of Director, Onboarding & Incident Management, overseeing the onboarding process and managing incident response.

Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, improve customer interactions, and drive efficiency and accuracy through process improvements.

Vincent Menei pursued their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Pittsburgh. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance.
