Dr. Jesse Jacobs is the Chief Executive Officer at FreeForm Chiropractic and FreeForm Franchises since May 2016. Dr. Jesse is also a Wellness Expert at The Wellness Champions. Dr. Jacobs holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic, Bachelor's degrees in Anatomy and Health & Wellness from Parker University. Additionally, Dr. Jesse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Texas.
