Julie Fong

Julie Fong is a seasoned freelance web and graphic designer with a comprehensive background in design and development spanning over two decades. Currently operating as a freelance designer since June 2017, Julie specializes in utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud applications for various design tasks, manages print production, develops branding guidelines, and creates websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Previously, Julie held roles such as web developer at DAT Solutions, where responsibilities included managing the corporate website and social media graphics, and GUI designer at Translattice, Inc., where design of hardware skins and marketing materials was key. Early career experience includes designer roles at Arbor Custom Homes, OakTree Digital, and PayWi Corp, alongside foundational IT support experience at TriMet. Julie Fong earned a BFA in Visual Design from the University of Oregon and possesses additional degrees in French-Linguistics from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Portland State University.
