Elizabeth "Betsy" Orsburn has an extensive career in library services, currently serving as the Chief of the Office of Public Service Support at the Free Library of Philadelphia since 1996. Orsburn has held multiple roles within various organizations, including participation in the Philadelphia DLC Youth Services and as a Youth Services Specialist at State Library DLC meetings from 1996 to 2012. Additionally, Orsburn was a member of the Association of Library Service to Children from 1999 to 2011. Orsburn's educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Media and Communication from Temple University, a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ursinus College.
