Raquel Núñez Toldrà

Raquel Núñez Toldrà is a Senior Scientist at Spur Therapeutics, with prior experience as a Research Associate at Imperial College London's National Heart and Lung Institute, focusing on myocardial fibrosis and mechanosensitive molecular mechanisms. Raquel has also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2), studying flexoelectricity and bone regeneration, and conducted research on dental pulp stem cells for bone tissue engineering during a PhD at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Raquel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master's in Genetics from Universidad de Granada.
