Thomas Kelley (Mac)

Thomas (Mac) Kelley is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional currently serving as the EHS & Continuous Improvement Manager at Freeman Enclosure Systems, LLC since June 2020. Previously, Mac held the position of EHS Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where responsibilities included the management and creation of EHS programs, analysis of incident data, and promotion of EHS culture. Earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Research Associate at the USEPA, where Mac led a research project, and a role as an Industrial Waste Co-op for the City of Cincinnati, focusing on industrial pretreatment systems. Thomas (Mac) Kelley also completed internships with the USDA and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, gaining valuable insights into environmental management and compliance. Mac holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University.
