Donnie Swaringen

Donnie Swaringen has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Freeman Webb Company since October 2016 after a promotion in the Franklin area. Prior roles include Property Manager at Southwind Apartment Homes, Barrett & Stokely, and Greystar, where management transitions led to new opportunities. Initial experience at Freeman Webb, Inc. began in January 2009, progressing from leasing agent to Property Manager before relocating to Nashville for further advancement. Donnie Swaringen holds an Associate’s Degree from Saint Louis Community College-Meramec and completed high school at Fox Senior High School.
