Jay Cathey

Jay Cathey, MBA, currently serves as a Regional Property Manager at Freeman Webb Company since May 2022 and has been a Coach and Speaker at Rock The Biz Consulting since February 2021, focusing on life coaching and motivational speaking. Previously, Jay held the position of Regional Property Manager at LHP Capital, LLC from September 2018 to May 2022, and served as Area Manager at Pedcor Homes Corporation from March 2015 to August 2018. Jay's background in property management began as a Residential Manager at Sycamore Place Apartments from March 2012 to March 2015. Educationally, Jay earned a Master of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2020, following a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from the same institution in 2018.
