Natalie Yates is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, transformation, growth, and product strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of National Operations and Transformation at Freeman Company, Natalie previously held senior leadership positions at Marsh ClearSight, including Senior Vice President of Growth and Product Strategy and Senior Vice President of Transformation Programs. Additional experience includes roles at Marsh Inc. as Senior Vice President of Marsh Risk Consulting, as well as several vice president positions that encompassed sales consulting, marketing management, and product design.
