Megan Ford

Megan Ford has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Megan is currently working as the VP of Engineering at Freeosk since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Special-Lite, Inc. from February 2020 to November 2022. Before joining Special-Lite, Megan worked at Landscape Forms as an Engineering Manager from January 2018 to February 2020 and as the Manufacturing Engineering and Tool Room Manager from May 2017 to January 2018. Megan also held various positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including Senior Global Project Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Refrigeration, Lead Engineer, Front Load Washer Cost and Quality Mechanical Lead, Project Quality Leader, Senior Resident Engineer, and Project Engineer. Megan started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker Instruments from January 2000 to October 2004.

Megan Ford received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Western Michigan University from 1999 to 2003. Megan pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007. Prior to their MBA, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Kettering University from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Megan Ford received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016.
