Valerie Medrano

Valerie Medrano, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HRIS and payroll management. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Freeport LNG since November 2015, Valerie specializes in ADP Workforce Now and oversees HRMS operations, interfaces with external systems, and ensures data integrity. Previous roles include HRIS Analyst and HR Immigration Coordinator at Technip, coordinating immigration processes and ensuring compliance with laws, and HRIM Specialist at McDermott International Inc., leading the design of global talent management systems. Valerie holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston, graduated in 2013.
