Wendy Clark

Wendy Clark is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Freeport LNG since September 2014, Wendy has held various leadership roles including Vice President and Controller, Assistant Controller, and Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. Prior to Freeport LNG, Wendy worked at Cheniere Energy, Inc. as Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policies and as Director of Technical Accounting. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Financial Reporting at EXCO Resources, Inc. and Controller at Thomas Group, as well as roles at GlobalSantaFe Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wendy holds a BBA and MS in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completed in 1999.
