Carlos Dominguez

Carlos Dominguez, MGM, PMP, currently serves as Project Control Manager at Freeport-McMoRan since October 2023. Previously, Dominguez held the position of Project Controls Manager at Trans Mountain, focusing on construction execution and project monitoring. With extensive experience at Fluor Corporation as both Project Controls Manager and Senior Project Control Specialist, Dominguez ensured effective project control measures and supervised planning and schedule teams. Prior roles include Central Planning Manager and Senior Planning Engineer at Basrah Gas Company, Senior Planner at Shell, and various planning positions in earlier companies. Dominguez holds a Master's degree in Global Management and an Associate's degree in Project Management from Royal Roads University, along with a planning certificate from Keyano College and a Journeyman designation from NAIT.
