Matthew Molter

Matthew Molter serves as the Corporate Estimating Manager at Freeport-McMoRan since July 2023, leading an estimating team to develop quality project estimates while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Previously, Molter held roles at Fluor Corporation as Principal Estimator/Lead Estimator, managing EPFC estimates for major projects, including a $35 billion initiative. At LyondellBasell, Molter worked as Project Manager and Chief of Staff on the company's largest mega project valued at $3.5 billion, focusing on optimization and project controls. Molter's extensive career also includes positions at DuPont, Jacobs, URS Corporation, Washington Group International, SPARTA Inc., and the U.S. Air Force Academy, where a strong foundation in estimating, project management, and engineering was established. Matthew Molter holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
