Rhonda McNair

Rhonda McNair, PHR, has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in mining and corporate environments. Since November 2010, Rhonda has served as the Manager of Human Resources at Climax Molybdenum Company, a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan, following a tenure as Sr. HR Generalist. Prior to this role, Rhonda held the position of HR Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation from September 2008 to August 2010. Rhonda's career began at Sabre Holdings, where responsibilities included Principal of Global Sourcing and International Assignment Services, HR Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions, Sr. HR Generalist, and Supervisor of Recruiting Operations from May 1995 to 2008.
