Kerri Walker

Kerri Walker, CPPM, currently serves as Team Leader at FHN since April 2023. Previously, Kerri held the position of Billing Manager at Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers and DuPage Psychiatric Care from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing billing processes, mentoring TMS therapists, and managing patient accounts. Kerri also served as Site Supervisor at NCH Medical Group - Pediatrics from April 2014 to August 2017, successfully leading a team to achieve 100% patient satisfaction. Earlier career experience includes Office Manager at George W. Goodlow, MD, Pediatrics, LLC from March 2009 to April 2014, where Kerri was instrumental in establishing and managing a pediatric practice. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law Studies with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Marquette University, along with a certificate in Physician Office Coding and Billing from College of DuPage.
