Barbara Martinez

Barbara Martinez has a diverse work experience. Barbara began their career as an Intern at WGI in 2021, where they worked in the transportation department, focusing on drainage and roadway design. Barbara was responsible for plans production efforts and project documentation. Following this, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Florida for a brief period in early 2022. Barbara then returned to WGI as an Intern in 2022, gaining further experience in their field. In 2023, they joined Freese and Nichols as an Engineer I, where they currently hold a role. Additionally, Barbara has also worked as Customer Service Staff at Publix Super Markets from 2017 to 2022.

Barbara Martinez obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. In June 2023, they received a certification as an Engineer Intern from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
