Chuck Wolf

Chuck Wolf is a seasoned professional in the field of civil and environmental engineering, currently serving as Principal and Vice President at Freese and Nichols. With extensive experience as a Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University and previously holding positions such as Technical Services Manager at the Brazos River Authority, Senior Vice President at ARCADIS, and President/Chief Operating Officer for Water/Infrastructure at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Chuck has contributed significantly to the industry. Chuck holds both a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
