David Jackson has worked at Freese and Nichols since May 1993, beginning as an engineer and progressing to become a Principal and Vice President. Throughout their career, they have focused on water and wastewater treatment projects, serving as an engineer, project manager, and group manager. Currently, they hold the position of National Practice Leader for Water/Wastewater Treatment. In addition to their work at Freese and Nichols, David has also been involved with the Water Environment Association of Texas since 2004. David has held various positions on the Executive Board, including Past President and Board Member, and has been an active member of the organization at both the state and national level.
David Jackson attended Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering. In 1997, they obtained the certification of Licensed Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
