Jason Afinowicz

Jason Afinowicz has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Jason started their career in 2004 at AECOM as a Project Manager, where they worked for seven years. In 2011, they joined Freese and Nichols, initially as a Project Manager and later as an Associate. Their most recent role at Freese and Nichols was Principal and Vice President, which they held from April 2022 onwards.

Jason Afinowicz completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1997 and 2001. Jason later pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, graduating in 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason has obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 2007, and the Texas Water Leadership Certification from the Texas Water Foundation in November 2021.
