Noe Ortiz

Noe Ortiz has extensive experience working as a civil designer. They first joined Freese and Nichols in 1998 as a Civil Designer and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Gray Jansing as a Senior Civil Designer and remained in that role until 2010. They then returned to Freese and Nichols as a Senior Civil Designer and are currently still in that role.

Noe Ortiz pursued their education from 1993 to 1996 at both ITT Technical Institute and Austin Community College. During this time, they successfully obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Apart from their degree, Noe Ortiz also holds a certification in Autodesk C3D, although information regarding the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification is not available.
