Sheila Whiteman

Sheila Whiteman is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various senior HR roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Freespace since October 2020, Sheila previously held multiple positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager. Prior to Freespace, Sheila worked as an HR Business Partner at Maximus UK and an HR Manager at Capita. Significant experience includes a role as Senior HR Business Partner at Interserve Facilities Services, where Sheila was part of the senior management team overseeing 2,500 employees after the acquisition of Initial Facilities. Earlier career highlights include over five years at Rentokil Initial as Senior HR Manager, where Sheila supported various business sectors with large employee bases, as well as a decade at William Hill as HR Manager. Sheila's career commenced at Dewsbury Further Education College, evolving from a Senior Staffing Officer to setting up staffing units. Educational credentials include a CIPD degree from Huddersfield University.
