Diana Joelsson has extensive experience in the hospitality and finance sectors, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Kaisa since May 2018, and previously holding roles such as Accounts Assistant/EA to the CEO and Office Manager. Prior to Kaisa, Diana worked as Front Office Manager at At Six and as Guest Service Manager during the pre-opening phase at Haymarket by Scandic. Additional experience includes a Service Manager role at Radisson Blu and several managerial positions at The Doyle Collection, where Diana contributed to luxury guest experiences across properties in various major cities. Educational credentials include a Masters Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius College, as well as participation in the Jurys Doyle Graduate Programme.
