James Driver

James Driver is currently the Director of Talent Management at Freespee. Prior to this, they were the Head of People & Culture at Voi Technology from September 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for setting the three-year strategy, the one-year objectives, and the quarterly OKR's for the company. James also worked with the People Business Partners, People Generalists and People Associates in their team to set out the quarterly projects and ensure that they were rolled in to two weekly sprints. In addition, they worked with the GM's and People Business Partners across UK&I, FRITES, and BENELUX on local issues and expansion. Once tenders were won, they then moved to the project team ensuring that everything was in place from a People and Culture perspective from pre-launch through to launch and set up.

James Driver has a certification from CEB, now Gartner in Level A & B Psychometric testing (OPQ32).

James Driver reports to Anne de Kerckhove, CEO. James Driver works with Carl Holmquist - Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Paul Albert - SVP Global New Business, and Dominic Ely - CFO.
