Esther Rothman has held a number of positions in the tech industry. Starting in 2002, they were an Outside Sales Executive at Mansfield Paper Company. In 2009, they were an Inside Account Manager at WhipTail Technologies, Inc., where they increased website traffic by 250% and handled Salesforce CRM administration. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Database Manager at Orthodox Union, where they restored stalled CRM implementation, renovated data analysis presentation, and converted a reactive ad-hoc reporting scenario to a proactive, automated process. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Technical Consultant and Technical Account Lead at QuickPivot, where they managed accounts for Merrill Lynch, BottomLine Inc., and WEX Inc. Since 2019, they have been a BI & Analytics Manager, BI & Data Analytics Team Lead, Sr. BI Engineer, and BI Engineer at Freightos.

Esther Rothman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics & Choreography from Hampshire College between 1995 and 1999.
