Austin MacLean, CPA has a varied work experience. Austin began their career in 2016 as a Campus Ambassador for Apollo Tutors, where they were responsible for networking with Baylor University and local Waco schools. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Operations Analyst for Irvine Company, a Senior Analyst and Associate for Baylor Angel Network, and a Brand Ambassador for Morning Brew. In 2018, they worked as an Investment Operations Summer Associate for Capital Group | American Funds. In 2019, they were a Portfolio Analyst for Realm Resources, a Fellow for Baylor Angel Network, and an Investment Operations Senior Associate and Investment Operations Associate for Capital Group. In 2020, they were an Orange Fellow for Orange Fellowship. Currently, they are a Product Manager and Product Owner for FreightPOP.

Austin completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain Management at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Austin also completed a Study Abroad program in Business at Foundation For International Education. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Mission Viejo High School. MacLean also holds four certifications, including Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, as well as three from LinkedIn in Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, Product Management Tips, and Product Management: Building a Product Strategy.
