Loma Sedehi

Loma Sedehi has held various accounting and finance roles since 1990. Loma began their career as an Accountant at ERA Products, Inc. where they managed all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Loma also supervised payroll and correlating report processing, as well as handled collections of accounts receivable. In 1996, they moved on to Meyer, Hendricks LLP as a General Ledger Accountant where they handled all client billings and generated monthly statements, as well as oversaw payroll and correlating report processing. Loma was also responsible for managing client trust account functions, including recording and reconciling balances, transactions, and interest statements. In 2000, they joined Fresenius Medical Care as a General Ledger Accountant, where they managed accounting functions and reporting of medical supply inventory for all south-west region locations. Loma also oversaw patient billings, including Medicare, private insurance, and third party payers, and monitored and reconciled inventory accounts and recorded book value to physical count on a monthly basis. In 2001, they began their role as Accounting Supervisor at Matson Navigation Co., Inc., where they directed, managed, and supported all operations accounting for the company. Loma also ensured compliance with GAAP, all corporate policies, and applicable laws, and supervised the work of four senior analysts. In 2014, they joined Horizon Technology as VP of Finance, where they managed and performed monthly, quarterly and annual general ledger close activities providing all corporate and division financial reports for the CFO in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Loma also coached, mentored, and motivated staff to excel and meet departmental objectives. Finally, in 2016, they joined FreightPOP as VP of Finance.

Loma Sedehi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the State University of New York between 1993 and 1995.
