Nadeen Vawter

Nadeen Vawter has been working in the logistics industry for over six years. Nadeen started as a capacity supervisor with U.S. Xpress Logistics in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring staff performance, conducting monthly team meetings, and training and developing all staff members. Nadeen was also responsible for making customers service their top priority by providing them with the highest level of service possible. In 2017, they left U.S. Xpress Logistics to become a freight consultant with Avenger Logistics. In this role, they were responsible for building long-standing relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a liaison between drivers and backhaul providers, and soliciting customers on a daily basis. Nadeen is currently a quality assurance engineer with FreightWaves.

Nadeen Vawter received their bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
