Megan Charney has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Megan began their career as a Campus Marketing Representative at University of Dreams in 2007 and later worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Tencer & Associates P.R. in 2009. Megan then served as an Admin/Marketing Assistant at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC. from 2010 to 2011.
In 2011, Megan joined Fremantle as an Integrated Marketing & Sponsorship Assistant, later transitioning to the role of Coordinator for Integrated Marketing & Brand Partnerships in 2012, and finally becoming a Manager in charge of executing multi-million dollar partnerships between Fortune 500 brands and Fremantlemedia’s National TV Shows in 2014. Megan'sresponsibilities included managing communication between partners, executive producers, and TV networks, as well as overseeing creative print, email blasts, and social media marketing for partner-branded promotions. Megan held this position until 2015.

In 2017, they served as a Consultant- Brand Partnerships at Sony Music Entertainment before rejoining Fremantle as Director of Brand Partnerships later that year. In this role, they managed and oversaw brand partnership accounts for various Fremantle-produced shows, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
