Dave Kiyak

Dave Kiyak is an experienced Program Manager specializing in Local Marketing and Events at REI, where responsibilities include community engagement, event production, and managing grand openings since September 2005. Kiyak has also been integral to the National Events Team, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and affinity through outdoor events across the United States. In addition to event management, Kiyak has served as an Outdoor School Instructor, guiding participants in various outdoor activities and ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Further experience includes a role as Events Marketing specialist for Fremont Brewing Company, where Kiyak promotes craft beer culture through community events, and past positions as a Dharma Yogi at Yoga Montclair and a music instructor for DK Guitar Lessons. Kiyak holds a BA in Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
