Heidi Kindorf

Heidi Kindorf has over 17 years of law enforcement experience, currently serving as Personnel, Training, & Internal Affairs Lieutenant at the Fremont Police Department since December 2011. Previous roles at Fremont Police Department include Patrol Watch Commander, Patrol Sergeant, Hostage Negotiation Team Member, and Police Detective. Before joining Fremont, Heidi Kindorf worked at the San Jose Police Department from December 2006 to December 2011 as a Training Officer and Police Officer, focusing on training programs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno, completed in May 2006.
