Leann Zanardo

Leann Zanardo is an accomplished Early Childhood Educator with a strong background in education and human resources. Currently serving in the Lake Forest School Districts 67 & 115 since August 2018, Leann also contributes as a Substitute Teacher for Fremont School District 79 since August 2013. Prior professional experience includes a role as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Underwriters Laboratories from 1998 to August 2004, where Leann reviewed and developed compensation policies and aided in implementing an electronic salary and performance review system. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from National Louis University, an MBA in Human Resources from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bradley University.
