Holly Webb

Holly Webb, P.E. is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in civil site design and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at French Consulting since May 2022, Holly's previous roles include Engineer II at Soltesz, where project responsibilities encompassed civil design and best management practice implementation for projects totaling $70 million. Holly’s experience also includes design engineering for airfield projects at Baltimore Washington International Airport, where cost efficiency and milestone adherence were achieved. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University.
