Santiago Gonzalez

Santiago Gonzalez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2022 to the present, they have served as the Director of Facilities, Engineering, and Construction at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Director of Engineering at RIVIERA COUNTRY CLUB OF CORAL GABLES, INC., where they led the Engineering Department and implemented various initiatives such as a preventive and predictive maintenance plan and a CMMS system. Before that, from 2015 to 2019, Santiago was the Owner and Co-Founder of Turnkey Group MC LLC, a general construction company that focused on integrity, efficiency, and excellence. And from 2009 to 2015, they worked at MASTER ECOLOGIC SOLUTIONS as the Business Development Manager and Operations Engineer, where they led market research and played a key role in the company's expansion and certification achievements.

Santiago Gonzalez completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. After that, they pursued further education by enrolling in Florida International University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with a focus on the Construction Track. In addition to their educational background, Santiago holds a certification as a Certified General Contractor, which they obtained from FloridaDBPR in August 2016.
