Jade Ward

Jade Ward (Nitsos) is a seasoned Research and Development Scientist currently employed at Fresca Mexican Foods, LLC since June 2020. Previously, Jade worked as a Product Development Scientist at Cache Creek Foods, where significant achievements included independently developing products such as almond and cashew butters, managing a new jarring line, and overseeing compliance for over 500 labels according to FDA standards. Jade's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Brigham Young University, complemented by extensive laboratory experience in both chemistry and food sensory evaluation. Notable early experience also includes an internship at Thrive Life, focusing on the development of freeze-dried food products and ensuring regulatory compliance for nutritional labeling.
